The Genoa-born designer is the mastermind behind Givenchy’s iconic “Nightingale” and “Antigona” handbags, as well as the last 20 years of accessory collections for Trussardi, Salvatore .A craftsperson at heart — she’s a master leather-worker and has been the brain behind accessories at Trussardi, Ferragamo, Givenchy and Tod’s, in addition to her own eponymous line — she chose Florence for its history and lineage as a centre for artisanal design.
To kick off the 4th of July weekend we’re sharing a trio of bags from Italian designer Elena Ghisellini.
