Hi Scott, The Thetis HL2 should show a correct SWR. You can try with Quisk to verify there is no hardware issue with SWR measurement on you unit. Some software (like Quisk) does allow you to create a profile by measuring power output with a more accurate device at various levels and then creating a correction table. I've updated the HR-50 IO board firmware to support the amp's built-in ATU. With this new release, the IO Board can trigger an ATU tune cycle when the SDR software calls for it and report back success or failure. The source and a compiled binary are here: https://github.com/jimahlstrom/HL2IOBoard/tree/main/n1adj_hr50. There are some very clever people involved in producing the HL2. There are differences, as you would expect. I looked at the documentation before I ordered mine and I can't see anything else that you would need.
