Xenorifle is probably the most general purpose gun in the game. It has range, decent speed, and okay power. SMG is the strongest primary weapon power-wise, but it can be difficult to use .
What you want to do with the xenorifle, is make a backup to USB, then roll the slots to have as many linked colours as possible. Ideally, 5 red linked, 4 yellow and 3 blue (in a perfect world..)..
